TERMS OF SERVICE + INFO
~How This Works~
1. Contact me at 4TwistedAmy@gmail.com with your information (3-5 Day for response)
(Character name/species/any references/style you want/props/additional characters, etc)
2. I will contact you back with the invoice if I except.
3. After the amount is payed I will send you a sketch to approve.
4. Once approved I will work on the piece and send you the finish work
5. I will be posting it to my social media.

Terms of Service
1) By paying the client agrees to the terms of service. Please read it carefully.
2) All Prices are in Canadian. I will accept payment by PayPal. The only other form of payment is Deviant Art points. DA Points prices add "00" to the end of the price. ($30=3000pts)
3) I require the details and references of your original character or fan character. Official character are NOT allowed. (Ex: Sonic the Hedgehog, Mario, Link, Disney Princesses, etc.)
4) The full amount must be paid up front. This will be non-refundable. If I am unable to complete the commission, you will get a full refund.
5) I will send an update at each major steps (sketch, line art, flat colours) for any changes. If there is no responses within 3-5 days I will understand that there are no changes to be made and the work has been approved.
6) If the client cancels the commission once the work has begun, there will be no refund as a kill fee, the work will not be completed.
7) Once complete the work becomes the property of the client. However I still maintain the authorship credit. What this means for the client: they cannot claim the work as their own, nor can they alter the work without my permission. However the client can post the work to their social media as long as there is credit to me. What this mean for me: I have the right to post the work to my social media and portfolio at my discretion.
8) The client cannot sell or reproduce the commissions at any stage in any capacity. If the client wishes to do this a new contract with additional payment must be agreed upon.
9) Under no circumstance do I consent to the commission at any stage being used/sold as non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Nor do I consent to the commission at any stage being used by any AI programs.
